Smartico Mini-Games is a random reward solution that provides the users the possibility to win a random prize from a set of prizes offered by the operator. In the current version, we have 3 UI presentations of mini-games; "Loyalty Wheel", "GiftBox" and “Scratch & Win”.

Please see for our Prediction Mini Game

Smartico Mini Games can be implemented in different ways on the client side;

  1. Responsive design - Designed to work on any type of device - Mobile & Desktop web and Native applications.

  2. In the Widget - Multiple Mini Games can be offered at the same time through the Mini Games section in the Gamification Widget. Smartico offers a variety of designs and skins available in the default package (Wood, Cosmic, Metallic, Winter…). Additional branded skins can be created by the operator by using the following our .

  3. Standalone mode - The mini games can run as a Standalone shown to the user according to operator rules, outside of the Gamification widget.

Mini Game Highlights

The operator controls the number of sectors in the Loyalty Wheel or the number of prizes in the Scratch & Catch, names and images for prizes, winning messages, prize probabilities, congratulations sounds, etc.

Multiple games available at the same time - users can have multiple games available with multiple attempts and a different set of prizes at the same time.

The spin/attempt cost options - The cost of "attempt" in the mini-games can be controlled by the operator and can be

  • Defined in the number of loyalty points, e.g. one attempt can cost "100 Points"

  • Custom-issued attempts (e.g. user is getting 1 attempt for every login or for every 1 EUR deposit or after completing specific missions or reaching levels, etc)

  • Free attempts, means that the user can play a game without limits

Control games availability - Games availability can be controlled using "User segments", e.g. the game with highly valuable prizes can be available only for VIP levels or limited to a specific country, brand, player class, user balance, etc. All possibilities of Smartico segmentation can be used in the control of games availability.

Customizable prize options - Prizes could be Bonuses, Gamification Points, Tangible items, or Spin attempts in the same or another game. For tangible prizes - it's possible to inform local providers to deliver a prize using API or to send automatic mail to the operator’s customer populating all the information in an email to handle delivery manually.

Marketing assistance - The fact of winning the game can be communicated with emails, SMS, popups, push notifications and can be customized by the operator. A user journey could be started whenever a user is winning a specific prize in a specific game.

Multilingual - Names and descriptions of games, as well as prizes can be translated for any language used by the operator.

Design mode - The operator can preview the game in design mode, before making it available for users.

Embeddable in the operators site - The game can be set up to be available directly from the operators' web site. In such cases the user will open the game by clicking on the button placed by the operator.

Analytics - The usage of the Mini Games can be analyzed in the Data Studio. The reports include the UX perspective and prize distribution aspects of usage.

Front-end presentation: Standalone mode

In Standalone mode, the game can be opened directly above the main web-site of the operator.

The user has the possibility to close the mini-game, get more information about the mini-game by clicking the question mark near the game name, and play the game by clicking the "Spin" or “Play” button.

After winning a specific prize, a congratulation message will be prompted which can lead him to a section defined by the operator (e.g. to the Deposit page, to any section of the gamification widget, etc.)

Keep in mind that in Standalone mode the game does not have the same background as in the gamification widget, but instead, there is a black transparent background.

In the example above, the user won Gamification points and by clicking "OK" they will be navigated to the Store section in the Smartico gamification widget, where he can spend his points.

Front-end presentation: In the Widget

Mini-games can be part of the Smartico gamification widget.

They are available from the left menu (the position and name of the section can be adjusted by the operator). To manage the category names please refer to "Custom Translations"

If there is just 1 mini-game configured, it will be directly opened when the user clicks on the Mini-game section from the left menu. The user can also see the cost of playing in a specific mini-game as shown in the screenshot below where the game in focus has 2 spins available for the current user.

In a case where multiple game templates are set up and available to the user, they will be displayed in the lobby. When the players click on the Mini-games section from the left menu, they will be redirected to the lobby page from where they can choose which game to play.

Promotional text and promotional images for the wheel can be placed in the "Overview" screen as follows:
