New Mini-game: Treasure Hunt

We’re excited to introduce the ‘Treasure Hunt’, an exciting new mini-game where players accumulate the amount of their reward by opening boxes filled with surprises. The special score modifiers that can multiply, divide, or reset the current score of the player add an extra layer of thrill and unpredictability to the game.

The Treasure Hunt can be found in the BO within the Mini-games section. The new mini-game is fully customizable, allowing you to create your own skin, specify the type and quantity of prizes, determine the cost type for attempts (free, gamification points, or spin attempts), define the user segment eligible to access the game, and many more.

CRM: Active hours in Real-time Automation Rules

We've introduced the ‘Restrict Active Hours’ setting, giving you more control over when the real-time automation rules are executed. You can now set specific timeframes for rule execution. The ‘Active Hours’ can be used independently or combined with the Activity Period for greater flexibility.

  • When combined with Start and End Dates, rules follow both date and time conditions.

  • When combined with Weekdays, rules run only on the selected days within the defined hours.

For example: Configure an automation rule to run only on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

CRM: Define the email address in the ‘Mail to Support’ activity

We've introduced a new option in the ‘Mail to Support’ activity within Automation Rules and Campaigns called ‘Send mail to customer support.’ This allows you to specify the exact email addresses for communication. You can select from a list of available customer support email addresses, choosing specific ones or all of them. If left empty, the communication will be sent to all listed support emails by default.

CRM: Enhanced Control for 'Delay Till' Activity

The 'Delay till' activity now has a setting to control what happens when users enter it after the specified date. By default, users can still progress in the flow. However, if you enable the new 'Users that enter into this activity after a specified date shouldn't progress further' setting, they will be stopped from progressing further in the flow. This setting is only available if 'Exact date' is selected.

Gamification: Prize History in Mini-games

We've added a 'Prize History' feature for mini-games, allowing players to track all the prizes they've won and the specific mini-game they came from. In Prize History, players can view:

  • Prize Image

  • Prize Name

  • Winning Date

  • The Mini-game from which the prize was won

  • Claim Button (if applicable)

Players can access Prize History in two ways:

  • Mini-Games Lobby – See all won prizes from all mini-games and claim any unclaimed rewards.

  • In-Game Prize History – View only the prizes won from the current mini-game.

You can hide the in-game Prize History from the Back Office. If you disable ‘Show in-game Prize History’ in a specific game template, all prizes from that template will be hidden from the Prize History.

Gamification: Hide the prize in ‘Prize Drop’

You can now control whether a prize appears on the UI in Prize Drop. We’ve introduced a new prize-level setting called ‘Don’t show prize on the UI’. This option is especially useful for ‘No Prize’ rewards but can be applied to any prize type.

  • By default (disabled): The prize pop-up will be displayed

  • When enabled: The prize will be awarded to the user without showing the pop-up.

Example: If you have a '10 Points' prize with this option enabled, the player will receive the points without seeing a Prize Drop pop-up.

Gamification: Set pointer rotation in Spin the wheel

You can now adjust the position of the pointer on the Spin the Wheel mini-game. This option is available in the BO under the Spin the Wheel template in the Game UI Configuration screen. By default, the pointer stays in its original position, but you now have the flexibility to move it anywhere around the wheel—for example, to the top, left, or bottom. Simply enter the desired degree value, and the pointer will rotate counterclockwise accordingly.

Note: When repositioning the pointer, consider its size and shape. If the pointer is too large, moving it to the top may cause parts of it to be cut off.

Gamification: Enhanced limitations for store items

We've added new purchase limitations for store items, giving you more control over how purchase restrictions are applied. When setting a 'Max number of items a user can buy', you can now choose how the restriction period is calculated - but only if the ‘Days’ option is selected. You have three options to define how the limitation period resets:

1. Time from Last Purchase – The restriction period starts from the moment the player makes a purchase and lasts exactly that many days. For example, if the limit is 1 item per day, and the player buys an item at 3:00 PM, they won’t be able to buy another until 3:00 PM the next day.

2. Calendar Days, user time zone – The restriction resets at midnight in the player's local time zone. If the limit is 1 item per day, the player can buy an item at any time during the day and they won’t be able to buy another until midnight in their own time zone.

3. Calendar Days – you can select the time zone when the limit will reset. The restriction resets at midnight in the specified time zone. If the limit is 1 item per day, players can buy an item anytime during the day, but the restriction will reset at midnight in the chosen time zone, regardless of their own location.

API: Message categories in inbox

We've enhanced our API to support inbox message categories, allowing you to send messages with specific categories via API requests to use in your custom inbox UI.

To support this, we've introduced two new settings in the BO:

  1. 'Show message categories in inbox' – This is a Label setting that controls whether message categories are displayed in the inbox. It is disabled by default.

  2. 'Message categories' – This setting is available at the inbox template level in the Advanced section and allows you to configure message categories.

    1. General - is the default setting, messages will go to the 'All' tab in the inbox UI

    2. System - messages will go to the 'System' tab in the inbox UI

    3. Personal - messages will go to the 'Personal' tab in the inbox UI

To access the 'Message categories' option at the template level, you must first enable 'Show message categories in inbox' in the Label settings.
