We’ve improved the functionality of ‘Featured Manually’ missions by introducing a new option called 'Progress Reset Mode'. This feature gives you greater flexibility in managing mission progress when assigning a mission via a campaign, automation rule, or manually through the user profile page. You can now choose how the mission’s progress is handled, based on its current state (mission completed or not completed). The following options are available:
Keep progress if the mission was already given to the user - The mission’s progress remains unchanged, regardless of whether it is completed, not started, or in progress but incomplete.
Reset progress, if the mission was given, but not Completed yet - The mission’s progress will be reset if the mission is not completed yet. The mission will appear in the ‘Overview’ and ‘Available’ tabs with no progress.
Reset process and restart mission, if it was given and already completed - The mission’s progress will be reset even if it has already been completed. The mission moves from the ‘Completed’ tab back to the ‘Overview’ tab with no progress.
Reset progress if the mission was already given to a user - The mission’s progress will be reset regardless of whether the mission was completed.
You can now calculate and give a dynamic amount of points using the formula builder. We have enhanced the formula builder functionality by adding a new option in the Result type setting: Points amount. This improvement allows you to calculate gamification points based on your custom formula and decide where they apply:
In the player’s current balance
In the Leaderboards progress
In the Levels progress
Points issuance follows the same mechanics as dynamic bonuses and can be triggered via automation rules or campaigns. If Auto Approval is disabled, points must be manually approved in the Approval Queue.
Once issued, points are logged in the user's Points Log under the new source type: Dynamic Formula, allowing you to easily filter and track these points.

We’ve introduced a new setting that allows you to hide avatar icons across all leaderboards in the gamification widget. A new option, ‘Hide Avatars from Leaderboards,’ has been added to the Label Settings in the Back Office. By default, this option is disabled. When enabled, avatar icons will be hidden from the General Leaderboard, Tournaments Leaderboard, Match X, and Quiz Leaderboard.
You can now choose to hide prize names in the Scratch Card mini-game for a more customized look. A new option, ‘Hide Prize Names,’ has been added to the Scratch Card game template in the Back Office. By default, this option is disabled, meaning prize names will appear on the UI as usual.
When enabled, you can upload a semi-transparent image that includes the prize name, allowing you to seamlessly integrate complex prize names into the visuals of the Scratch Card skin for a polished, unified design.
The formula builder has been enhanced by adding user-state properties, which are now available when building formulas for Dynamic Rewards. These user-state properties will be displayed within the formula builder once they are added. You can add different user-state properties by request. For example, the ‘Logins count ever’ user state property can be included to build a formula that is based on the number of times users have logged in.
Note that only a limited number of user-state properties are currently available. To request additional properties, please reach out to your Custom Success Manager.
You can now enable a sound alert when players receive an inbox message. A new setting, 'Enable sound for receiving inbox,' has been added to the inbox template in the BO. By default, this option is turned off, meaning no sound will play when a message arrives. When enabled, players will hear a default notification sound, and you can also upload a custom sound of your choice.
