Campaign tags now support cloning functionality, allowing you to duplicate a campaign tag along with all its variations. The 'Clone Group' button is located in the Campaign tags tab, next to the 'Add Variation' button, and is available for both Real-time and Scheduled Campaigns.
We are excited to introduce a new retention tool called 'Prize Drop'. It is an engaging retention tool that allows operators to award pre-defined prizes to players through surprise pop-ups randomly.
Here's how it works: Players receive random prizes at any time, whether online or offline. You can create a prize drop template in Smartico’s BO and add the prizes. Rewards include points, bonuses, tangible items, mini-game attempts, and even Jackpots, similar to other mini-games.
Prize drops can be distributed to specific user segments through campaigns, Automation Rules, Mission rewards, Badge rewards, Tournament rewards, or sold as mystery store items. Once the conditions are met, the Prize Drop will appear as a pop-up in the UI. The prize drop pop-up can be customized from the BO.

You can now access the remaining pool and the number of won items per prize for the Mini-games and Match X through the API. This data can be retrieved via the following endpoint:
When enabled, the number of items in the pool and the number of won items will be exposed in the Retention API and the UI Widgets, for more details check the API documentation.
We’ve introduced a pop-up queue system to manage the delivery of pop-ups on the front end. This setting is enabled by default, meaning pop-ups will be queued and delivered one after the other, ensuring each pop-up is displayed only after the previous one is closed. If the pop-up queue system is disabled when a pop-up is already displayed, any additional pop-ups will be ignored and not exposed to the end user.
Keep in mind that the 'Pop-up Queue System' is not related to the 'Delivery timeout' option in the pop-up activity within Campaigns:
Delivery timeout is to keep it on the server until the next connection
The pop-up queue handles the case when 2 pop-ups are sent at the same time
This feature is enabled by default if you want to disable it please get in touch with your Success Manager!
To add a delay between pop-ups, please get in touch with your Success Manager!
You can now define the minimum bonus amount or cap the amount for the bonus. We’ve added two new options for Dynamic Bonuses called:
Min allowed bonus amount - bonuses with amounts lower than defined will be treated as invalid and won’t be issued
Cap amount for bonus - bonuses will be limited to a specified amount. If the calculated bonus exceeds this limit, only the capped amount will be issued. For example, if the cap is set at 200 and the bonus amount is 1000, the issued bonus will be 200.
We've added a new mission task option called 'Display progress as count' in the Mission template -> Tasks within the BO. This option allows you to show the remaining number of event occurrences as a count (e.g., 35/100) instead of a percentage in the progress bar of the mission. This feature is available for both single and multiple-task missions.
By default, this option is disabled, so the progress bar will display a percentage.
When enabled for missions with multiple tasks, each task will display progress as a count, while the overall progress bar will still show a percentage.
The 'Display progress as count' option can be configured per task and is available only for the following multi-action tasks:
'Complete action a few times'
'Complete action a few times, with a unique attribute'
'Complete action a few times, check a SUM of attribute'
