The new report is giving an overview of the attribution value dynamic over time with split by campaigns. See an article about Attribution value for the details how its measured
We moved all the custom reports from the Marketing overview to a separate "Reports" section. The MAU (monthly active users) cubicle is now also located in this section.
It's now possible to give an attempt at a mini game to user from his user profile:
You can select the game template which you want to give and the amount of attempts:
There is an additional Custom Report we added to the User profiles. It's called Mini games: remaining spin attempts for user. It's a report which shows if a user currently have attempts at a mini game. Can be found in the user profile, section Custom report - Mini games: remaining spin attempts for user
We extended the delivery timeout for popups and mini-games in the campaign flow. You can now set a bigger timeout in order to catch the user on his next online session and continue the journey.
If the user is not online at the time when the Journey is sending the mini-game, it will be delivered automatically on the next login if it happens in the specified period of time.
A popup preview is now available in the flow builder. Please note that we only show the default variation of the popup, so you get the idea of what you are sending. The content variations would not be visualized (just the default variation)
For easier navigation of daily tasks in the backoffice, we have added the option to open different elements in a new tab with a right-click or with the Ctrl+click command.
It's available for Journeys, Scheduled campaigns, Automation rules, Segments, all communication channels and content variations, all gamification elements, and bonus templates.
We added the option to copy the flow elements from one campaign to another with the "Copy flow" option:
Click the "Copy flow" button and simply choose to which campaign the flow elements should be copied to. Please note that the function copies only the elements you have in the flow section, but not the campaign definition from main section. In case you need the whole campaign copied, please use the "Clone campaign" option.
It's now possible to search for multiple key words at the same time. Just pick the keywords needed and the system will find all related elements:
'Live view' in the flow builder will reflect real data much faster now. You can expect ±1 minute delay.
You can now create a journey that can capture the users which completes a list of missions. As in the example below, the user will enter the campaign if he completes all listed missions. Could be used for reporting, rewards giving, and operational messages to the support team.
Levels progress visibility is improved for all levels, no matter if it's the current level of the user, passed level, or some of the future levels.
Together withNew logic for leveling users this gives the possibility to build leveling system based on up to 3 metrics, where users can upgrade and downgrade the levels based on their activities.
MatchX is the first retention game from Smartico that is available for the "inline" integration on the 3rd party site.
It requires only a few lines of code to place the game on any mobile or website.
The operator is able to control the size and style of the widget from JavaScript.

We have updated the UI of MatchX. It is now better to match the colors of the UI of the widget. Available for users using light skin.
Based on a number of requests from our clients, we are introducing the possibility to run the "Tournaments" functionality as a standalone widget that can be easily placed on your website.

The minimum amount of score points that the user should get in order to be qualified for the prize. You may set it to 1 in order to exclude users that registered in the tournament but didn't collect any score points. It can be set from the tournament scoring logic section:
With this release, we are introducing support for the "Acquisition" mode for all Smartico services.
This means that you can run the same activities that are available for the "Retention" marketing, for the anonymous users on landing pages and promo sites.
Spin The Wheel, Scratch The Card, and MatchX can address visitors and track the conversion after registration and/or deposit
You can use communication channels like Web Popups and Web Push notifications for the users who didn't register yet.

We've changed the logic for the MatchX and Mini games sections on the widget menu. The sections will be visible for the user only if he has attempts or enough points to purchase an attempt. In case there are no active templates matching to the user the sections would disappear automatically. The idea behind is to avoid empty sections.
It's possible to add a spin the wheel attempts counter in the widget header. It can either count the available spins or the number of game templates the user has available.
New seasonal skins are available for spin the wheel. One for autumn and two for the upcoming holidays.
You can add now NEW! SALE! VIP! and HOT! ribbons to your missions, tournaments, and store items to bring players' attention more and more! You can assign the ribbons from the general configurations. The ribbons are also customizable, so if you want we can add ribbons designed by you as well.
There are two new gamification-related events available.
You can change your nickname in the gamification widget by clicking on the nickname value and change it whatever you like:
The related to the changed nickname event is called Gamification: nickname changed + a new related deep link: gf_change_nickname
You can change your avatar in the gamification widget by clicking on the avatar icon and choosing one from the list available.
The related to the changed avatar event is called Gamification: avatar changed + new related deep link: gf_change_avatar
One of the use-cases for these events and deep-links is to build missions asking user to change nickname/avatar and reward them after that.
