We have added a new Easter addon for the Gamification Widget. It is applicable for both desktop and mobile.
Note: To enable the Easter-themed addon please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Custom sections can now be visible only for a specific segment of users. We have added a new option within the Custom Section template called: ‘Users who can see the custom section’. Based on the conditions inside you can filter the availability of the section, for example, you can create a ‘Daily Lootbox’ that will be visible only for VIP players.
We have added the possibility to choose which tabs to display in Missions Custom Sections. Now, you can choose to display only the Overview tab, show all tabs, or exclude the Overview tab. Additionally, you have the option to define which missions and how many will be visible in the Overview tab. These new features are accessible within the Custom Sections template in the BO when the section type is set to Missions.
Tabs options - define which tabs to be visible in the Custom Section (Overview tab only, All tabs, Don’t show Overview tab, etc.)
Missions shown in Overview - define which missions to be visible in the Overview tab (All missions, All except locked, All except completed, etc.)
Number of missions in Overview - define how many missions are to be displayed in the Overview tab (5, 10, 15)
Store items can now be limited to a specific number that will be available for purchase. We have added a new option within the store items template in the BO, called ‘Set items in stock’ where you can add a number of items that will be available for purchase. Once the number is populated three additional options appear:
Hide item when out of stock - if enabled, when the item is out of stock it will not be displayed in the Gamification Store
Reset stock items by schedule - you can choose a schedule to reset the stock items - By hours, Daily, Days of the week, or Days of the month
Set initial items pool - If you are using 'Reset stock items' logic, here you can define the initial number of the item that will be set after each reset
By specifying a quantity in the 'Set items in stock' field, you are restricting the availability of this item for purchase. Once the specified quantity is reached, the item will become 'Out of Stock' and unavailable for purchase. If you have configured a reset stock schedule, the item will automatically become available again once the reset time is reached. In cases where no reset schedule is defined, the item will remain 'Out of Stock'.
Keep in mind that if ‘Set items in stock’ is not populated it means that the item will be always in stock.
You can now limit the number of times a specific activity will be executed and what will be the outcome after the limit is reached. The new ‘Limit’ activity is added to the flow builder and it is available for both Journeyes and Scheduled Campaigns.
The Limit activity measures how many times the event reaches or exceeds the predefined limit, if the passed events are less or equal - they are considered as ‘Matched’, while those exceeding the specified limit are labeled as ‘Not Matched’.
Here's an example scenario: You can set up a journey to award bonuses to players who have made deposits exceeding 100 EUR where only the first 30 players who enter the campaign will receive the bonus.
Games can now be marked as canceled in Match X rounds. The new option is added in the 'Game Rounds' template inside the BO. Once a match is designated as canceled it cannot be reactivated. On the UI the game will be displayed as inactive and the players will not be able to set their predictions.
Now you can create different categories and add various badges inside. The categories will be displayed in the badges section one after the other with all the badges inside of them. If some badges are not assigned to a category they will be displayed in the last Other category. You can set the order for each category and define in which they will be shown in the Gamification Widget.
Once a category is created you can add badges inside by going to the badge template and choosing the category.
If there are no badge categories all badges will be displayed together.
