You can now control which bonuses to display for the end users in the Gamification Widget. We have added the possibility to:
show only bonuses given by specific product (Shop, Mini-game, Automation rule, etc.)
show only bonuses with particular status (Redeemed, Redeem Failed, etc.)
show a combination of bonuses given by specific product and with particular status
By default the option is disabled, meaning that all bonuses are visible in the gamification widget (regardless of status or where they come from).
To enable the feature please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager.
We have added a new option for the Badges called ‘Show Badge if 1st stage completed’. It is available in the BO within the Badges template. The new setting can be turned ON only when ‘Hide Badge if not earned’ is selected, otherwise, it stays inactive. The behavior is as follows:
‘Hide badge if not earned’ selected + ‘Show badge if 1st stage completed’ disabled = the badge will not be visible to the end user in the gamification widget, it will become visible only when all stages are completed
‘Hide badge if not earned’ selected + ‘Show badge if 1st stage completed’ enabled = the badge is not visible to the end user in the gamification widget, but when the 1st stage is completed, it appears in the widget. The players can check the progress and the tasks to complete the next stage.
‘Show badge if not earned’ selected + ‘Show badge if 1st stage completed’ enabled (cannot be edited) = the badge will be visible to the end user in the gamification widget but it's inactive (greyed out). Once the 1st stage is completed the badge becomes active and colorful. The players can check the progress and the tasks to complete the next stage.
Notes:
If the badge has only 1 stage and ‘Hide badge if not earned’ is selected, it will appear in the gamification widget after the stage is completed no matter if ‘Show Badge if 1st stage completed’ is enabled or not.
Keep in mind that the 1st stage is always a 'secret' and will not be exposed to the end user in the gamification widget.
We are introducing a new tab in the Backoffice, called ‘Tools’. Now you can find information that was previously situated in different tabs like Label tags, Bonus templates, Translation Sets, Translation Values, etc. combined into a single tab.
We have implemented a new adjustment for the ‘Mini-games’ and ‘Match X’ lobbies. Now the size of the gaming tiles adjusts based on the number of available games in the gamification widget. For example, if fewer than 5 games are available, the gaming tiles' size is increased. For cases where there are more than 5 games or exactly 5, the tiles become smaller. This adjustment prevents an empty appearance in the lobby when operators offer only 3 or 4 games in the gamification widget.
We have added a new option for the Best Time Selection Mode, called ‘Next best hour or as soon as possible during current day’ which could be selected on the resource level. With this new option, if the Best Communication Time for players is not today or has already passed, the resource will be executed immediately as the element becomes active.
For example, if you have promotions that are valid only for 1 day and you want to use the BCT models when picking the ‘Next best hour or as soon as possible during current day’ option you are making sure that the communication will be sent to players in their Best time (if it is during the current day) or right after the element becomes active, either way, it will be sent during the current day.
Now you can override the 'from' name that will be used when sending mail. We have added a new option called ‘Override 'from’ name' in the email resource. For example, your current selection is 'John <no-reply@company.com>' you can now set a custom 'from' to be 'Elon', in the case mail will be sent from 'Elon <no-reploy@company.com>’. This option also works in case of automatic selection of the gateway for multi-brand context.
We've entirely redesigned our Inbox feature. This update offers a more intuitive and enjoyable experience when navigating messages, staying updated with notifications, and effortlessly managing your communications.
New Improvements:
CTA Buttons - we've introduced two new call-to-action (CTA) buttons for messages with rich content, which are also visible within the notifications. They can be configured through the BO, allowing operators to include deep links in both primary and secondary message buttons.
All tab and Favorite tab - offer distinct and clear separation between all your messages and those designated as favorites.
Show unread toggle - with the new switch, you can effortlessly view all unread messages in both the All and Favorites tabs.
Enhanced expand mode for messages - Regardless of rich content, all messages can now be expanded for improved readability and clarity.
Back-to-top button - Our latest update includes a back-to-top button for seamless navigation back to the top of the page with a single click after scrolling down.
Load more button - for a better user experience we have added the Load more button. After the 20th message, click the 'Load More' button to reveal additional messages.
Empty inbox animation - we have added an animation for the cases where you don’t have any messages in the inbox.
The stand-alone mode was also revamped
We have added a new skin for the Giftbox mini-game. The skin is available in the BO within the mini-game template and it is called ‘Chest’. You can also add a custom thumbnail and custom background for mobile and desktop.
