🍁November 2025

Smartico release notes for November 2025 - covering CRM Automation and Gamification improvements done since the previous release.

New Common Case - Users who opted-in into a mission

We’ve introduced a new Common Case template: ‘Users who opted in to a mission’. This allows you to segment players who have opted in to a specific mission, regardless of whether they completed it. You can also define a time-back period - for example, players who opted in to the ‘Casino Challenge’ mission within the last 10 days.

Locking Option for User State Segments

We are introducing a new capability within the segmentation module: Lock User State Segment, available under the Common Case segmentation type. It enables operators to create stable, non-updating audience lists based on the logic of an existing User State Segment while retaining full scheduling flexibility.

Trigger campaigns and automation rules on certain pages

A new front-page navigation event is now available, automatically triggering whenever users move between pages. Activate the setting to launch pop-ups, inbox messages, or other actions the moment a user lands on a specific page.

New Common Case template - 'Users who have ever opened the Gamification Widget'

We’ve added a new common-case segment template called ‘Users who have ever opened the Gamification Widget’. This allows you to segment users who opened the GF widget within a selected timeframe - for example, the last 10 days. You can also target users who opened a specific section or modal, such as a tournament lobby, mission, or store item, within a defined period (e.g., the last 15 or 30 days).

Prize Limits in Raffle Draws

You can now define restrictions on how many prizes a single player can win. These limits can be set at the draw or prize level, providing full flexibility in managing prize distribution. This will give you greater control over preventing prize monopolization and ensuring more equal distribution of rewards across your player base.

At the draw level, you can configure the maximum number of prizes a player can win across all Draw runs.

BO: Draw setup for Max prize per user

At the prize level, you can define how many times a player can win a particular prize over the course of all Draw runs.

BO: Prize setup for Max wins per user

If a player reaches the configured limit, their tickets become ineligible for further prizes in that draw or for that specific prize type, depending on the setup.

Custom data for Inbox

We have introduced the Custom data & fields functionality to the Inbox. This allows you to provide additional data that can help you build a custom UI for the Inbox in the gamification accessed via the Smartico API.

Note: Custom fields are defined by Smartico personnel. Submit a JIRA request with the required fields, and our support team will configure them.

Dynamic Missions

You can now create a Dynamic mission where players progress by playing their favorite casino game, casino game provider or favorite game type. The main difference between this and a regular mission lies in how the task is configured. The favorite game mission supports all types of missions - Generally available, Locked, Recurring, Recurring upon completion, Featured manually.

When configuring the mission task, you can now use the following properties:

  • Favorite game name, top 3 - Top 3 favorite games ranked by user preference

  • Favorite game type, top 3 - Top 3 game types ranked by user preferences

  • Favorite game provider, top 3 - Top 3 game providers ranked by user preferences

Value Score Segmentation

A new Segment has been added to the Smartico AI Models Portfolio.

Value Score segmentation clarifies each player's relative contribution to the business. This insight empowers operators to calibrate their engagement strategies, ensuring marketing resources are focused where they yield the highest return.

The Value Score report is available in the Segmentation section of the Marketing view. Additionally, this segmentation is integrated across other Dashboards as a global filter and grouping dimension, allowing the Business to monitor all KPIs through the lens of player value.

Dynamic properties in ‘Multiple check’, ‘Wait for event’, and ‘Check user profile’ activities

We’ve added Dynamic and Connected Properties support to the following activities in the Campaign Flow Builder:

  • Multiple Check activity

  • Check User Profile activity

  • Wait for Event activity

To view and use Dynamic and Connected Properties within these activities, they must be either:

  • Directly connected to the Start Campaign point, or

  • Linked to a Wait for Event activity.

This gives you the ability to create a campaign that starts when a player makes a casino bet and then guides them through different paths based on how much they bet, for example.
