🍁September 2025
Smartico release notes for September 2025 - covering CRM Automation and Gamification improvements done since the previous release.
Auto-translations for Campaign tags
You can now auto-translate your campaign tags effortlessly! Language options update dynamically based on your users preferred languages - just make your selection, and we’ll generate individual variations for each one.

Re-order Mission Tasks
You can now easily re-order mission tasks directly from the BO. In the Tasks tab, each task has a Priority column where you can adjust its position by moving tasks up or down. The order you set in the BO will be reflected in the UI.

Note: This feature only changes the visual order of tasks in the UI. It does not set the order in which tasks must be completed.

New Activity: Best Channel
We are introducing Best Channel in Campaign Flow Builder which enables automatic selection of the most suitable communication channel per user, based on defined priorities and eligibility checks. Supported channels include all communication assets.
You can configure channel priority levels and choose between sending via the first available channel or all eligible ones. The Best Channel activity acts as a logic gate and must be linked to individual channel activities.

▪️Activity: Best ChannelNew Benchmark Report Available
We've added an in-depth Benchmark Report that gives you monthly trend analysis across three key areas: Acquisition, Deposit Activity, and Betting Activity. The report breaks down everything from FTD conversion rates to player stickiness, so you can see exactly where you're winning and where there's room to grow.

Campaigns redesign
The Campaigns section is now part of the new BO UI! As part of our ongoing redesign, Campaigns have been migrated to the modern interface. This update brings a cleaner look, improved usability, and enhancements designed to make managing campaigns faster and easier.
Key Features and Improvements:
New Creation Wizard:
Enhanced creation process for sections supporting multiple template types like Scheduled Campaigns, where you can choose to create a ‘Recurring’ campaign or ‘Once on a specific date’ campaign
Enhanced Grid View:
Simplified tables for quicker and easier data retrieval
Execution statuses - we’ve introduced a new status called ‘Execution status’ that indicates the actual state of the campaign based on its configuration (availability period, start/stop dates, and campaign status).
New campaign status and execution status chips in the grid - so you can clearly differentiate them

Improved Template Design:
Redesigned templates organized into sections and tabs for better structure. The General tab is now split into 2 main settings - Campaign details and Advanced settings.
Expandable sections for more intuitive navigation

New mini-game: Voyager
We’re thrilled to introduce our new mini-game, Voyager! The objective is simple: collect all required prizes while avoiding obstacles before your life bar runs out. Voyager comes with 3 ready-to-use global skins and is fully customizable, giving you the freedom to design your own. You can find it now in the Mini-Games section of the BO.

Gray Out Unavailable Store Items
We’ve introduced a new option in Label settings -> Widget / Real Users that gives you more control over how unavailable store items are displayed. A new toggle, 'Gray out unavailable for purchase items,' is now available (disabled by default). When enabled, store items that players cannot purchase - either due to low balance or because they’re outside the 'Who can buy this item' segment - will automatically appear greyed out in the UI.

New Dark-Themed Skins for Mini-Games
We’ve added brand-new dark-themed skins for all mini-games! Perfect for special occasions like Halloween - or simply to give your games a fresh new look anytime.
The new skins are available for:
Spin the Wheel
Gift Box
Scratch Card
Lootbox Map & Cards
Treasure Hunt
You can find and apply the new skin directly in the BO. You can also find the skin packages here.

Property to Property comparison in Query Builder
The Query Builder now allows direct property-to-property comparisons for numeric and multi-currency values, enabling more advanced conditions such as Casino Win amount > Casino Bet amount. A flexible multiplier option is included, letting operators apply custom factors (e.g., 1.5×, 2×, 3× ...) to comparisons for greater precision.
This functionality is available across all real-time evaluations, segment validations, and campaign or segment builders, providing more control and flexibility in targeting and automation.
Property-to-property comparison will be temporarily unavailable in the campaign query builder while it's being migrated to the new UI.

Display Specific Tournament Instances in Liquid Sections
We’ve enhanced Liquid Sections to allow displaying a specific tournament instance. This allows you to show only one specific tournament and makes it easy to highlight only the tournament leaderboard, prize pool, or related games, or a combination of all of them. How it works:
Select ‘Tournament Instance’ – Choose the newly added entity data called ‘Tournament instance’.
Select the Tournament – Once a tournament is selected, the system automatically chooses the appropriate run based on the status of the run:
Started: The highest priority run is selected.
Open for registration: If no run is in status 'Started', the run with status 'Open for registration' will be displayed.
Last finished: If there are no Started or Open for registration runs, the last finished run is used.
Both Started and Open for registration exist: The Started run takes priority.

Benefits:
Display only the leaderboard for a tournament.
Combine with Prize Pool or Related Games to create rich, dynamic content in the widget.
Ensure that your content always reflects the most relevant or active tournament run.
New Option in Communication CAPs
We’ve introduced an ‘Any’ option in Communication CAPs, giving you the ability to limit communications across both Operational and Marketing campaigns. For example: If the CAP is set to 2 pop-ups, then regardless of whether they come from Operational or Marketing campaigns, any 3rd pop-up will be blocked.

Enhanced Spin Expiration Rule for Mini-Games
We’ve upgraded the spin expiration settings in mini-games, giving you more flexibility and precision. You can now choose from the following options:
Relative Period – Set the spin to expire after a specific duration, such as 8 hours after it’s issued.
Specific Time – Set the spin to expire at a fixed hour (UTC) on the day it was issued, e.g., 22:00 UTC.
Day of the Week – Choose a specific day and time for expiration, e.g., Friday at 22:00 UTC.
Specific Date & Time – Schedule the spin to expire at an exact date and time (UTC), e.g., 21 May 2026 at 22:00 UTC.
