brain Smartico AI Agents: Create an image

We’ve introduced a new AI image generator that lets you create images directly within the Smartico Backoffice. It’s available directly in the ‘AI Assistant’ and anywhere you can upload an image - including missions, badges, levels, tournaments, mini-games, lootboxes, store items, raffles, and more. Generate stylish, custom visuals instantly and use them wherever you need.

chart-column Gamification Summary Dashboard

We have launched a new Performance Dashboard (available in the Gamification section of the backoffice), a centralized tool designed to quantify how gamification features drive user value, retention, and deposit behaviour. This new tool allows you to achieve the following:

  • Performance Lift: Measure the direct correlation between gamification engagement and average deposit amounts per active user.

  • Acquisition Health: Track how quickly new users (FTD cohorts) adopt gamification features within their first 14 days.

  • Value Optimization: Identify "High-Value Combinations"—specific sets of gamification products that yield the highest business returns.

  • Daily Pulse: Compare real-time performance (Yesterday vs. Day Prior) and monitor reward distribution and event triggers.

chart-column Marketing Summary Dashboard

We have launched a new Marketing Summary Dashboard (available in the Marketing section of the backoffice), aimed at providing a high-level overview of your business's Marketing Health. This new tool allows you to:

  • User Base Performance: Monitor the health of the users by tracking daily deposit trends and segmenting activity by RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and Value Scores.

  • Vertical Insights: Compare weekly performance across Casino and Sport to identify which user segments (e.g., Champions vs. At Risk) are driving the most value.

  • Campaign Attribution: Evaluate ROI by identifying the best and worst-performing campaigns based on Conversion Rates and Revenue per User.

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end communication funnel (Sent → Impressions → Clicks) across all channels, while monitoring Fail Reasons to improve delivery rates.

brain Smartico AI Agents: Doodle game creator

We’ve introduced the Doodle Game Agent, which lets you create and customize promo games that can be used in Campaign pop-ups. It can rebrand the game’s look and feel, update labels and visuals, and apply targeted changes based on your instructions. The agent works on the currently loaded game template, so you can quickly iterate and preview updates in real time.

money-bill-trend-up Ignore bonus CAPs

We’ve introduced a new option called ‘Ignore Bonus CAP’. When enabled, the bonus will be issued even if its CAP has already been reached. The option is available in all places where bonuses can be issued, including Campaigns, Automation Rules, Missions, Badges, Tournaments, Store, Mini-games, etc. By default, the option is disabled, meaning the bonus will not be issued once the CAP is reached.

calendar-check Set auto resolve for Quiz and Match X

We’ve introduced a new option called ‘Set auto resolve’ for Custom Questions in Quiz and Custom Matches in Match X. This option is available only for custom questions/matches and is disabled by default, meaning they must be resolved manually from the Back Office. When enabled, you can define a specific UTC date and time, and the question/match will be resolved automatically once that time is reached.

Note: After a question/match is auto-resolved, the answers can no longer be edited.
