We have added a qualification condition for Realtime Automation rules. This allows you to set a trigger to determine if the automation rule should be executed. If this condition isn't met, even if the trigger event has happened, the specified activity in the rule won't be executed for the players. For example, suppose the qualification trigger is 'Deposit' and the rule requires placing 100 bets for a bonus. In that case, players who meet the bet condition without making a deposit won't receive the bonus.
In addition, we have also implemented 2 more options:
Qualification is valid for - counting the period till the qualification condition is valid. When set, the automation rule will count users' actions only during the specified period. If users don't meet the automation rule requirements within this period, the activity won't be executed, but they can requalify by meeting the qualification condition again. For example, you can set a qualification trigger to be ‘Deposit’ and a rule requirement to make 100 bets in 24 hours after qualification to get a Bonus. If the users don't make 100 bets, they will not get the bonus but can be qualified again if they deposit again.
Number of times the rule can be completed after qualification - defining how many times the automation rule can be executed before players must requalify to receive the specified activity. For example, if the qualification condition is to Deposit 100EU, the automation rule requires placing 5 bets, the number of times the rule can be completed after qualification is set to 3 - the players can meet the betting requirement only 3 times afterward, they'll need to deposit 100 EU again to get the bonus.
Qualification event is not counted as part of the progress in the Automation Rule, meaning that when the qualification condition is met, the players are qualified to progress.
If the automation rule isn't limited to a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’, the ‘Number of times rule can be completed after qualification’ is not set, and the qualifying condition is met at least once, players will receive the bonus every time the automation rule requirements are fulfilled.
The option is available in the BO, within the Realtime Automation Rules section, and by default is disabled. Once enabled, 2 new columns will appear in the ‘Execution History’ tab.
Qualification date - when the user has fulfilled the qualification condition
Qualification validity - showing the period until the qualification is valid if the qualification time limit is set
Our clients of CRM solution can get access to the raw transaction data related to the 'communication' and 'campaign' activities stored in the Smartico Data Warehouse.
Using the raw data, you will be able to build more granular reports on user behavior based on the facts:
Users entering, progressing, and converting in the marking campaigns
Communication facts like - sending, bouncing, impressions, clicks, opt-outs, etc.
For a more detailed guide, please read the Access to DWH article.
We have revamped the lobby inside a Tournament to offer a more enhanced experience. This updated design introduces a new Leaderboard layout and dedicated Prize Pool section. The Rules tab is opened by default when the players enter the tournament. It is available for both mobile and desktop.
Now you can choose whether to expose expired and not completed missions or to hide them. A mission is considered expired when its set duration has passed and the player did not complete it. The option to show/hide the expired missions is located in the missions template within the BO and is available only if you have set a time limit. If a mission expires, the ‘Hide mission when expired’ is disabled, and the user hasn’t completed it, it moves to the Missed tab. In case the user completes it before it expires, the mission moves to the Completed tab. If the ‘Hide mission when expired’ is enabled, it will disappear from the gamification widget when the mission expires.
‘Hide mission when expired’ will not be available if you haven’t set a time limit to the Mission!
When a recurring mission expires, and the option ‘Hide mission when expired’ is disabled, it will go to the missed tab with a countdown timer. The counter shows the time till the mission becomes available again. The same logic is applied if the mission is completed - it will go to the Completed tab with a countdown timer.

We have implemented the possibility of sending rich body inbox messages directly from the user profile. Inside the user profile page, in the inbox modal, you can now select the type of message you want to send. Choosing the ‘Rich message’ type allows you to add a title, short preview, body, icon, and 2 CTA buttons. Additionally, you have the option to save the message as a template, so the next time you open the modal you can choose the already created template.
Keep in mind that in order to send rich body messages from the user profile page, you need to create a real-time operational campaign with a rich body inbox template.
Now you can override the sender ‘from’ name in the email configuration within the flow builder to use label tags. This gives you the ability to have a different sender name for each variation of a specific email. For example, if you sent an email variation in French, the sent ‘from’ name could be SmarticoFrance, for an email variation in German the sender from name could be SmarticoGermany, etc.
We are thrilled to announce our latest feature - St. Valentine’s Day Lootbox. You can now give daily rewards just for fun. The St. Valentine's Day Lootbox offers a fun and festive way for players to enjoy a daily treat or activity leading up to the holiday.
The process is straightforward: players unveil a card each day to claim their daily reward, which could vary each day. Missing a day renders the card inactive, and players cannot reopen it. The rewards are configurable from the BO and can be points, bonuses, mini-game attempts, missions, etc. To build a St. Valentine’s Day Lootbox, you need to:
Create a new Daily Lootbox Custom Section
Choose the Theme (Valentine’s Day Light or Dark)
Create the missions for this Lootbox Custom Section
We've enhanced the Match X round display logic. Now you can set a round which is in the future and if you do not have any active rounds we will display the upcoming one. For cases where there is an active round and an upcoming one, only the active round will be displayed. However, if all rounds are resolved and there is only one upcoming, the upcoming round will be displayed.
In upcoming rounds, the players will be able to view the matches and what others voted for, but will not be able to set predictions. There will be a message under the round name notifying the players when the round will start.
Keep in mind that upcoming rounds will not be displayed in the Leaders and Rounds tabs.
You can now remove public markers from the flow builder. We have added 2 separate new activities, available for both Real-time and Scheduled Campaigns:
Set JS Marker
Remove JS Marker
The activities are located in the User Profile section and can be used to add or remove public markers on users from the campaign flow. You can also use them in both Real-time and Scheduled Automation Rules.
