๐ทMay 2026
Smartico release notes for May 2026 - covering CRM Automation and Gamification improvements done since the previous release.
Claim expiration in Missions
Weโve introduced the ability to set explicit expiration dates for mission claim rewards. While the default claim period remains 6 months, you can now customize exactly how long players have to collect their rewards. Choose between:
Relative Period: Define a set duration (e.g., 10 days) after mission completion.
Fixed Date & Time: Set a specific deadline (e.g., May 1, 2026, at 00:00 UTC+3) with full time zone support.

Clans & Clan Tournaments
Weโre happy to share our newest feature: Clans. This update transforms the tournament experience from a solo endeavor into a high-stakes team competition. By allowing users to form communities, share a common identity, and battle toward collective goals, you can now drive deeper engagement, foster long-term loyalty, and create a truly social competitive ecosystem within your brand.

Team Glory & Individual Achievement
Your users can now join Clans to compete in specific Clan Tournaments. Success in these events is driven by two parallel layers of competition:
Clan Leaderboards: Every participating member contributes to a collective total score for the entire Clan within a tournament. The higher the Clanโs final position on the leaderboard, the greater the rewards for its members.
Internal Rankings: While fighting for their Clan, users also compete against their own teammates for the top rank based on their personal score accumulation. The higher they rank within their specific Clan, the better their individual prizes will be.
The Clan Hub
The dedicated Clan section serves as the central command center for your users. It tracks Clan availability, current membership counts, and entry fees. Most importantly, it displays the Global Rating.
Rating Points: These are accumulated from every finalized tournament run.
Scoring Logic: Points are awarded based on rank placement using an ascending system, where the lowest total rating signifies the highest-placed Clan in the world.

Introducing Dynamic Prizes
To give you ultimate control over your reward economy, we are introducing Dynamic Prizes. You can now define specific rank ranges and choose between two distribution methods:
Equally Split: The prize pool is divided evenly among all qualifying users in that range.
Based on Score: Rewards are scaled in proportion to individual performance. This weighted distribution incentivizes users to keep playing for a higher score until the very last second of the tournament.

Raffles Dashboard
We have launched a new Raffles Dashboard (available under Reports โบ Gamification โบ "Raffles"), a centralized tool designed to give you a definitive statistical and analytical overview of your Raffles-related KPIs. This new tool is backed by the AI Analysis functionality and allows you to achieve the following:
Behavioral Uplift: Compare daily bet and deposit metrics between active and non-active days to quantify raffle ROI.
Budget Auditing: Track performance metrics (participants, wins, tickets) and cross-reference indicative setup costs against actual prize expenses.
Distribution Insights: Monitor ticket trends, identify top issuance channels, and analyze participant RFM segments.
Targeted Marketing: Track user-level claim behavior, RFM segments, and Value Scores to identify and trigger campaigns for high-claiming clients.

Minimum prizes to collect in Voyager
Weโve introduced a new setting for the Voyager game called โMin. number of prizes that can be collected.โ This setting works together with โMax. number of prizes that can be collectedโ and allows you to define a range for the number of prizes players must collect during a game session. It also helps prevent scenarios where players can finish the game too quickly by receiving a very low target number of prizes to collect (e.g. 2 prizes). Example:
Min. number of prizes to collect = 5
Max. number of prizes to collect = 15
In this case, each time a player starts the game, a random target number between 5 and 15 will be generated. Players will always need to collect at least 5 prizes and at most 15 prizes.

JS function for Gems & Diamonds
Previously available only for Points, you can now use custom JavaScript functions to dynamically determine the amounts for Gems and Diamonds. This is supported for both adding and deducting Gems and Diamonds and you can use it across both Campaign Journeys and Automation Rules.
With basic JavaScript knowledge, you will be able to calculate currency amounts based on specific event data or user states, and use the built-in testing environment to safely verify your results before going live.

Show all tabs
Show only the Overview tab
Show Available, Locked, Completed, and Missed tabs
Note: The Missed tab is not fully controlled by this setting. If there are missions with time restrictions, the Missed tab will still be displayed automatically.

New Common Case: Users who didn't change level in the last X days
Weโve added a new Common Case template called โUsers who didn't change level in the last X daysโ. This template lets you segment users who didnโt change their level for a specific period of time. You can also specify the level from which the player did not progress to the next level (includes downgraded players). For example, players who reached Level 3 but never advanced to Level 4. This also includes players who were later downgraded and are no longer on Level 3.

AI Analysis on the Smartico Reports
We are introducing a new functionality for our Reporting Portfolio - AI Analysis.
Using an embedded AI Engine, this functionality will:
Explain how to best interpret the data, shown in the reports
Suggest the Action Items that should be taken towards business optimization.
The AI Analysis will adjust itself when filters are applied to the Report (and the analysis is refreshed), providing the most relevant insights for the presented scenario.

The AI Agent has already been added to some of the reports (including the entire batch of My Business Reports), and in the upcoming days it will be added to more reports.
